Hi could someone recommend rings or mounts for tikka t3x a1 tac in 6.5 creedmoor The scope I will be using is schmidt & bender 5-25x56 pm ii lp cw h2cmr

Is that to line up with NV devices? If it’s just to clear flip up caps 36 or 38mm will work fine.

Hi thanks for the reply No. NV trying to shoot out to 1000 meters + so think about mounts with 20 moa

Do you have a 20 moa base on the T3x ?

If not, will you only be shooting to 1,000 yds at night ?

Why not go with a 20 moa base ??

I think I have 20 moa bases on all my centerfire bolt guns.

The Tac-A1 base is meant to match the height of their chassis rail. And it’s epoxied on too, or they used to be. Would not remove it.

I think this is in the wrong forum. That said, get the Spuhr mount. It matches the Euro aesthetics exactly and should work more than fine.
It has 27 moa built in or something like that and will certainly get you there.

Also, in 6.5 CM a SB 5-25 would get you to 1km anyway even with a no moa base. But I would get the 10-20 Moa mount anyway.
