Recommendations for 416 Barrett and 50 BMG Shoulder Bump Measurement Tools and Other Tools

Hello...I’m having a tough time finding good measurement tools to measure the case shoulder bump for my 416 Barrett and 50 BMG cartridges. Sinclair/Brownells only seem to go to 338 LM. Can any of you recommend someone who sells measurement tools for those bigger cartridges? Also, I usually use LE Wilson head space gauges and I do not see that they offer one that works with the Barrett 416 cartridge. Any recommendations for a source for that? Thanks in advance.
