recommendations for leveling base (that's not $200+)?

Looking for a solid leveling base hopefully closer to $125. Any suggestions?

This one is solid and will actually pan fairly smoothly. I'll admit I haven't put it through any hard use or gotten it very dirty yet though. They make a 66mm that's $100 but I'm not sure what the advantage is.
