Recommendations - Scope Mount for Tikka CTR with Viper PST Gen 2

Hi y'all,

Hope it's not too much of a pain to ask, given the plethora of posts on scope mounts, rails, and rings, but what would folks recommend as a best mounting option for a Vortex Viper PST Gen 2 5-25x (30mm tube - https://vortexoptics.com/viper-pst-gen-2-5-25x50-ffp.html?vortex_reticle=1500) mounted to a Tikka CTR? Hoping not to break the bank.

I see there are a couple 20 MOA replacement rails (https://www.egwguns.com/tikka-t3-picatinny-rail-scope-mount-20-moa-black-ambidextrous and https://tikkaperformance.com/Tikka-T3-T3x-Gen2-Performance-Series-Picatinny-Rail) that folks recommend, along with tons of different picatinny (e.g., Seekins or Vortex Precision) or direct to dovetail mounts (e.g. Sportsmatch).

What's not crazy expensive but will serve me well?

I think I did the 20 moa from Area 419. You'll need medium rings for that setup, it's the same setup I have right now.

On my 6.5CM CTR, I went with the Mountain Tactical you've linked. I chose the 20moa receiver length version. 1" tall rings will work with flip caps and a 50mm front objective lens scope. I'm running Leupold medium rings with a Bushnell XRS which are 1.1" and there's a good bit of clearance at the front and from the bolt knob.

I have the 20moa extended mountain tactical rail (the steel version they no longer offer) ARC low (.94) 34mm rings and a DMR2 Pro with BC caps. It clears just fine.
