loading FGMM brass fired once from my Rem 700 tac.

loaded stock FGMM is .338
I ordered the .336 and the .334 bushings

using the .336 I get .333
using the .334 I get .331

Why are these so far off?

With a reloaded round it's .338

Will it hurt to have this much tension?

for a test on a NEW Laupa brass which is .336 when I use the .336 bushing i get .335

Does your bushing size your neck to the # on the bushing?...I thought that was the point.

I called redding and they said to send the bushing back for testing..but two bad bushing?

Another thing to think about is what are you measuring with? Nice calipers are still +/- 0.001" in the 6" range. If your calipers are reading on the low side the bushings might be fine/within spec.

What does your fired brass measure, I think your sizing down too much at once, I size in .003-5 incurments, my 308 fired brass measures .342, I neck size with a .339, then FL with a .336(Lapua Brass), my 260 fired brass measures .297, I neck size with a .294, then FL with a .290-.289, my concentricity is good.
