Ok bought a Redding Instant Indicater in the hope I would get more consistent Ogive measurements but not so. Seems to be reading 1 to 3 thousands different either way, once zeroed, if you rotate the shell in the shell holder and run the shell back up. Yes I have it set up right have even measured Ogive readings with the spring in and the spring out, still getting 1 to 3 thousands differents in reading depending on how the shell is removed and place back into the shell holder. Heck my standard Sinclair comparator will do that. But 1 to 3 thousands different in seating depth is messing with my load development. Any one experience this? If how did you fix it.
