Redding type S neck dies?

I just got a neck sizer set for my 338LM and was wondering if anyone else uses them and if so how many thousandths of neck tension do you use and why? The directions say to use .001-.003.... what do you use?

.002 under the measurements of a loaded round. It gives me proper grip on the bullet. BUT you can experiment with your next tension if you want. You might find your rifle likes a little grip of .001 or a very tight grip of .003-.004. That is why work up a load and find the shooting node
