You know, I applaud that dude's ingenuity. Doesn't have primers or even a priming tool, but he's still pumping out ammo. Good on him, that's american spirit.
AH! Shit that is funny, i remember as kid, I would reload those red ring caps. used the red paper rolled caps, Cut the dark red center out of the paper cap with dads leather hole punch, then stuck it in the red plastic ring cap. were good for about 3-5 reloads till the plastic got to torn up. The red roll caps were fun, use to buy them by the 10000s, Was fun to hit the entire roll with a hammer also!

I am one that thinks its a neat idea if you can get your self made primers to be more consistent than those shown in videos online would be at least fun to try . If not at least you know it could work in a pinch or not . You just have to figure out which method gives you the best results and which are just utter junk . Good luck and be safe .

Quite a resourceful kid there. Cringe worthy to think what kind of SDs/ESs you'd get with such a method, but guess it beats doing without. X2 on Zeroz's prediction that there'll be a run on caps.
I've seen a few videos of people reloading these. Theres also a rimfire priming kit out there you could use to reload the primers. Pretty much all of these compounds as well as the caps are using corrosive salts so you'd want to clean the gun afterward.
