I saw I guy on 6.5 grendel.com that did it. I want to say he used 160s but I'm not certain.

Ideally you would use the biggest bullets you can, 160's are about the best you can do with a grendel. Thats a huge amount of bearing surface on your barrel, as well a relatively small (for sub-sonic) bullet. the ballistics wouldn't be great, but I see where it could still be fun.
