I was poking around on the the site this morning and stumbled on the article below by Chris Way. It isn't posted in Reloading but its content is directly applicable to reloading and expectations of what is needed in developing a load. It's based on actual shooting results and can help new reloaders understand and apply the information that chronographs provide.

Good article, thanks for the link. Focusing on ToF and how the inputs/variables affect it was is a big step in understanding how bad I suck at shooting.
