reloading dies

So, my reloading I got a lee three die set what one is the neck sizer? As both my dies are marking on the cases below the shoulder

One will be marked neck, or nk.

A neck did shouldn't contact the shoulder

Yeah, just like the shipping copy pasta post, something is wrong here. If one goes back and reads this person's posts from 2013, it seems obvious they know whpulls know which die was which. Hacked account, I'm guessing.
