How do you fix bulged brass for a glock? Its said that you cant resize it to work? Any help is appreciated.

I use a Lee Factory Crimp Die(throw away the crimping portion) and add the Lee Buldge Buster to it, it now becomes a push thru die, Redding makes a GRX but cost twice the price and you must pay even more for the carbide version which the Lee already has.
