Reloading for my LTR?

What OAL are you .308 LTR shooters using the most? I've been loading at 2.74 + or - .002 for mine. Accuracy has been pretty good but it could use some fine tuning. I read somewhere that factory Remingtons have a long throat so I was wondering what you guys are doing. My load is: 175 SMK moly, 44.5 grains of H4895 and CCI BR2 primers.

I've been loading 178gr amax over 44.5 of rl-15 ccibr2 primers in a hornady match case (case @ 2.005") oal @ 2.80.

That's another thing. I don't have a piece of brass one that's a full 2 inches in length! Every piece I have measures between 1.96 and 1.98? What's the deal with that?
