I need your help referring me to some articles or information that shows the grat benefits of reloading over factory ammo, I know it sounds stupid but it will really help me get the necessary licensing to start reloading legally here

Reloads are miles ahead of factory in every aspect, especially if you plan on shooting match quality ammo.

If your looking for a benefits in cost it mainly comes in salvaged brass. The benefits in performance comes from learning the ins and outs of reloading through experiance and the tips you pick up from sites like S.H. Rolling your own produces great ammo custom to your rifle that the factory can't quiet do.
What kind of justification is your govt. looking for? Financial, or practicality?
