Rifle Scopes Reloading to match scope turrent

I have an AR with 16" barrel and a Leupold Mark 4 3-9x36 designed for the AR and M3 turrent for the 62gr bullet. What velocity and load do I need to stay close to the turrent with 62gr bullets.

Thanks alot that is exactly what I was looking for! Now I need to find a 62gr hunting bullet cheaper than the Barnes offerings.
