Powder and primer MUST be picked up near Winchester, VA. No exceptions, I cannot ship this stuff. Also no shipping on the lube since it's ORM-D and wouldn't be worth it to ship ground. I have a $200 minimum purchase to meet, sorry if this is an inconvenience but I'm a busy guy.
