Will a Rem 700 .223 with a 1 in 12" twist have any limitations stabilizing bullets from 50gr. through 77gr.?

you will need a 9 twist minimum to stabilize the 77's. Maybe even an 8 twist.

youre really not going to be able to stabilize anything past 55. You might could squeak by with 62gr SP, but thats about as high as you'll want to go.
Also, Sierra 52gr HPBT Match bullets print tiny groups with 1:12 twist rifles.
Commercially sold in Ultramax ammo, Black Hills, and HSM.

My old Colt SP1 will stabilize bullets up to 60 grains. As posted excellent results with 52 grain SMK's. I've never tried anything heavier than the 60 grain Hornady spire point which also prints good groups, but the 52 grain smk's are the best for me.
