For a Gen 2 Rem 700 300wm 5r. GEN 2
Anyone know for sure what threads the scope base use? I can't find it in the manual or anywhere. My local dealer isn't sure if it's 6-48 or 8-40?

Please help, need to overnight a base asap so I can this ready for hunting.

Sorry man can't tell you the thread size but I did go dig though my files for you to find the invoice with the part # of the base I have on my 700 5r g2 in 300wm and it's Nightforce A112 (20 MOA).
