Remington 700 SPS AAC-SD 308 20" with threaded barrel in Mcrees stock. RR prefix. ~250rds down the bore throughout the life of the gun.
DNZ 30mm mount. Harris bipod.
VX-3 LR 3.5-10 Mil-Dot, mil adjustments, with 308 168gr turret.
Shoots great with a variety of ammunition particularly FGMM 168gr.

This would be an excellent turn key setup to get someone into longer range shooting or precision shooting.

You can plug sub-inch 5-shot groups all day at 100yds working on fundamentals or stretch it out to 600-800yds to play with wind calls and dialing.
