Rem 700 .338 Lapua Mag

Been doing some research into purchasing a rifle chambered in .338 lapua mag and this is what I found. Remington 700 24inch barrel chambered in .338 lapua for $1629 is that a reasonable price? Here is the link check it out.

They list a couple Rem 700 Police in 338 LM starting at $1350 on GB.

I think the barrels to short, if it was me I would look for a 26 or 28 inch barrel with maybe a 1-10 or faster twist.
Just my 2 cents worth.
