45 in/lbs if its an Aluminum plate. 65 if its steel. You probably have an aluminum plate, I have the same and thought it was plastic for the longest time because it felt cheap.

The aluminum piece that comes standard on the Remingtons will handle 65 in/lbs, though I don't think it's a good idea to torque them that much, PT&G makes a steel drop in replacement thats much better than the standard Rem trigger guards.
