So hopefully I don’t regret because this has been my baby and has been great, but I’m bored and want to move on from 6.5 Creed. I’m also looking to move on to a custom action.
Had this built up last April by gunsmith Mike Pigney of Taunton MA. Very reputable local smith. All new parts when assembled. Only 286 rounds on it right now.
Build specs are:
-Remington 700 receiver trued up by Mike
-PTG spiral one piece bolt(sako style extractor) bolt handle cerakoted black
-Gre-Tan firing pin assembly
-Geissele 700 trigger
-Badger recoil lug
-Nightforce 20 MOA aluminum rail
-Bartlein 24” marksman contour barrel, 8 twist 5R. Chambered in 6.5 creedmoor . Saami spec chamber.
-Mike’s own custom 3 port muzzle brake cerakoted black
Great condition no matches or anything. One small superficial scratch on barrel I can see. Rifle shoots great. Solid .5 MOA or better gun with my hand loads.
