This is a REM LA MAG BOLT face with a gouge in the shroud (? correct nomenclature ?) protruding up about .020"

Notice after 40 rounds of factory ammo 7mm RUM.

What should i do?

Shroud is at the other end of the bolt. Looks like you've got a chunk out of the lug if I'm seeing correctly (a better hi-res photo would be nice). If that is a chunk out of the lug, I can't imagine what would have caused it. It's on the wrong side of the lug (the front of the lug really has no force applied to it during firing).

Your pics suck. Gene may see a faulty lug. I see what maybe a jacked up extractor. And stockdoc sees nothing wrong at all. Use the macro setting on your camera or phone.

It seems you are missing a corner out of the lung. Hard to tell based on these low quality pictures.
If so, do not fire the rifle again!!! Take it to a gunsmith. The bolt is done and it might not have been properly heat treated.
A Remington 700 well built can take the 7RUM and or any other over-bored versions and much more.
Is this a new factory rifle? If so you might want to contact Remington directly.
I am going to assume the factory ammo doesn't display any signs of pressure, does it?
The manufacturer might want to see fired cases and maybe the factory batch.
Sometimes the blame it on each other.

Thanks for all your help. The pic sucks but the lug is fine and dandy. The extractor is partially sheared off. Showed it to someone in person. Bought another one on Brownells. Unfortunately it is fit with a rivet. I shot the first 40 through it brand new. No pressure signs on the brass. Drilled out the rivet tonight. Went slow and it came out easy.
