Gunsmithing Rem 700 detachable mag

Does anyone make a detachable mag setup fot a Rem 700 223 that uses AR Mags?

Short answer - no.
There have been a number of attempts - some mo'better than others, but even the best of them (if they were ever real

) required a lot of modification to the reciever and some modifications to the magazines also. There was someone that was doing something with Ruger Mini-14 magazines, but I haven't seen anything on them in the past couple of years.
If you are dyin to push shells out of a AR mag into a bolt feed tube you can always get a Mossberg MVP and blaze away.
