Rem 700 LTR .308

What is the maximum distance for a 308 LTR 20" barrel. Is 1000 yards reality with reloads? What is the maximum distance with this rifle. If anyone has one please post the distance of your longest accurate shots.

I have a 700LTR .308 with Detachble Magazine. Has anyone had a problem with these magazines. What is the best upgrade for the magazine.

1000 yards is doable with factory fodder. I know it is doable with slightly less, so a 20" is a good lower end rifle to get to 1000 yards. It should get there fine with 175 FGMM, and if you reload you should have good luck with the 155 Scenar.
