Rem 700 PSS stock screw torque?

Rem 700 PSS - about 25 years old. Synthetic Stock.
Getting 2 different suggestions for the mounting screws. One camp says 40 inch/lbs torque front and rear, Remington says 45 inch lbs, other military & police sites say 65 inch lbs torque.

HS recommends 65, my Snap-on only goes to 40, so thats where i torque it, works fine for my LTR clone.
