I have a bare Rem 700 short action that I intended to sleeve the bolt on but changed direction. This is a bare action that has had the raceway reamed to 0.715” using a PTG reamer.$150 shipped to your ffl if they accept from an individual.

Sorry, I’m confused. Is this the entire action? Or needs a bolt?
