Rem SPS varmint stock

I have a B&C medalist A3 on my SPS, however, it weighs in around 42 ounces so its pretty heavy to lug around. I can't find any other drop in stocks that fit the heavy barrel that are much lighter other than the A1 at 37 ounces. Anyone know of a light weight drop that would fit? Short action .308 BTW.

Call McMillan and ask them how light they can get an Edge for you.

I use the B&C Light Tactical on my 700 and never thought of it as too heavy. Go too light and you start to sacrifice consistency and durability.
