Hey hide!

I am going to start my first custom bolt gun build and I want to make sure it is set up well to use a clip on night vision device like a PVS-30. What are your recommendations for a chassis with a forward pic rail at 12 o’clock for that clip on.

Thanks guys!

I second the KRG Bravo! They do make make a weight kit now to balance it out, but I am too cheap to buy it. I am going to try filling the rear of the stock with lead 45acp bullets to balance it out.

If you find a Manners or McMillan with an EFR, they are super classy. But will run twice the cost of a KRG Bravo setup.

I think I sold my KRG Bravo with an NVG bridge and the arca rail for like $450 on the Hide a few months ago, so you can get into them pretty cheap.

I’ll do the X-ray for my next 12.5in build once they release the new grip module.

Here's my answer, fully loaded I am at 9lbs, tho the action is a Zermatt titanium action

Put my GAP Rock in an AICS, never looked back, PVS27 collimates perfectly
The MPA BA competition also collimates well, and a shade lighter
