Gunsmithing REMINGTON 700 .338 LAPUA MOD

I had this mod done by a gunsmith on this forum and need to get another one done. I don't have his contact info anymore so any referrals would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure he’s talking about opening the boltface of a Rem bolt to .585”
