Remington 700 action screws

Does anyone know what thread pattern the Rem 700 action screws are? Also if anyone has a 700 with a McMillan A5 stock, what length of screw do you have? I am asking as when i got my DBM, it did not come with cap screws to replace the chamfered screws remington uses.

1/4X28 threads, will have to go measure lengths of action screws.

What bottom metal did you get?

I don't know if you have heard of them as them as they are from Canada, Alberta Tactical rifle supply, http://www.albertatacticalrifle.com/atrs.html. That is the DBM i have. They use 7075 aluminum construction.

I'll guess the ATR version is similar enough to a Seekins Precision AICS DBM BM for length of action screws. Given that assumption:

Front screw - 0.970" / 24.6mm of threads below cap head
Overall length of 1.23" / 31.2mm

Rear screw - 1.335" / 33.9mm of threads below cap head
Overall length of 1.585" / 40.2mm
