New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
i use a Porter Precision base made by Ken Porter down here in Lake Jackson, TX. he made one for my short action, that is perfect fit, and looks fabulous at that. i think it was right at 75 shipped...didnt even have to bed it to the gun, fit was that good
Burris Signature Zee Rings will work on these as I tried them on the following:
Ken Farrell Picatinny Rail Base
Seekins Picatinny Rail Base
Warne Picatinny Rail Base
Would not work on an early EGW Picatinny rail base, as the bases were just a tad too wide. EGW acknowledged the problem was their's and replaced the rail. The replacement worked fine.
There is not much clearance with the Zee Rings as they slide over the rails, and not clamp over and down like Badger and other Pic spec rings do. Once on they work fine.....
