Remington 700 in 300 Whisper not feeding 100%???

I have a Remington 700 in 300 Whisper that doesnt feed as consistently as I would like. What are my options as far as box mags or a different bottom metal set up that would improve the ability to feed consistently? Right now the bottom metal is factory. Thanks for the help.

Is the barrel camfered at the chamber end?
