FYI, still trying to contact this guy, I have 2 others in mind too. I'd like to make arrangements with one of them today if at all possible.

OK, well I got an answer, he said NO, evidently it's a felony at least in Washington. The firearm must be shipped from an FFL to an FFL.
This must be a fairly recent development. Anyway, can you acomodate this ? My guy Pederson will work this way.
