remington 700 sps varmint 223

i ordered one of these,my first option was a tactical in 223 but couldnt find one anywhere,so my question is this,how much would it cost to have someone cut the barrel down to 20 and thread it for a flash suppressor/muzzle brake

I have one of these and you will be limited on bullet weight due to the 1/12 twist.
