Hello peeps! just wanted to show my rifle sporting a new glass..its a remington 700 VTR in 308 with a nikon buckmaster 6x18x40 side focus w/ bdc..

I had a leopold 2x7 installed before and i was able to get an 1 inch groups at 100yds and was able to hit a target at 450yds too..

There's something wrong with your rifle... The barrel! It's not shaped properly.

Pulled the POS Stock off mine and put on a HS Precision. Put a Nikon 4.5x14x40 SF Mildot on it. Weapon shoots great. You should get better groups from the glass you have on it now. I Like the Nikons for the money. The VTR Stock looks good but as far as I'm concerned it is a POS. Just my .02 Enjoy

I have a buckmaster in Nikoplex and they are awesome scopes for the money. I didnt have the money to put a $750 Leu on my .22-250 so I settled for a Nikon and they are very clear.
