One of my employees has a Remington 770 with a broken ejector and spring. I have been looking on line trying to find the parts for him, but I am not having any luck.

From my research the 770 is essentially the same as the 710. My question is does the 710/770 use the same ejector and spring as the 700? The picture of the 700 ejector on the Brownells site does not look quite like the part that came out of the gun. The thin pin on the base of the 700 ejector appears to be considerably longer than on the part I have on my bench.

Any insight would be appreciated. I know the 770 isn't the greatest gun ever, but it is what he has so I would like to get him operational again.
