Gunsmithing Remington barrel contours

About to order a barrel blank for a new project.

I need a barrel that closely matches the Remington PSS.

Some manufacturers list a Rem Varmint and others list a Sendero contour. Are these essentially the same as the contour on the PSS?

Just trying to keep from milling out the stock.

Yes. Should have roughly .830 muzzle diameter.

Sendero, Varmint are both terms barrel makers us for a varmint contour. The person you speak with when ordering your barrel should be familiar enough with that contour to make sure you get what you want, if not I would look someplace else for your barrel.
