First off. remington is advertising this rifle now in magazines. Does anyone know of a price yet? Second..That's an odd looking bolt handle and I DEFINATELY CANNOT understand why the stock folds over the bolt so you can only take one shot and then need to open the stock if you want to cycle the bolt!

I don't think I would ever use my .338LM sniper rifle with the stock folded.
I suppose if you put the scope up to your eye socket and used it as the main axis of recoil you could. Please send us pictures and video if you try it.

the only reason I can think of is to keep the bolt closed and secure during airborne operations. Those who have jumped will tell you that the amount of shit that flies off paratroopers on mass tactical jumps can be amazing.
