Remington R50 = Updated Windrunner?

I noticed this picture from LeadSlinger:

It looks like an EDM M96 Windrunner with some updates. Namely, the new triggerguard/magwell, a canted scope base, shorter barrel and brake and a new forend. I wonder if Bill licensed yet another Windrunner, this time to Remington?

Bill has been grinding out the receivers for Remington. Can't beat the quality.

These are made by Bill for Remington as a contract. We had a conversation about it last week.
