Remington rolling block #4 22 long barrel

Trying to find an ocatagonal barrel blank or "original" for a 22 long #4 rolling block. I also am looking for front and rear sights for one. My google search is finding lots of out of stock, gunbroker is not showing much either. Any other spots that I cant try?

Green mountain had the long heavy octagon awhile back
McGowan had different profiles and twist rates but I never found anyone that had used a McGowan rimfire barrel
