Remington Sendero 300WM trigger

Rifle will be used mainly for hunting with a few weekend shoots here and there. It needs a new trigger or at the least a tune. Has anyone had any luck on turning down the weight pull on the new Remington's? Looking to get down to about 2.5- 3 lbs. If no tune, Timmney or Jewell?

You can lighten the pull weight of the rem trigger, but that of course voids the warranty and could be dangerous unless done properly. Use caution or take it to a smith..otherwise, I like the Timney 510

put a timney in my sendaro set to 2 lbs and like it very much. Mine had the adjustable set screw and I found it to still be shit. I currently have 5 timneys. Tried a gieselle maybe cause it was a two stage I didn't care for it.

Took my 300WM sendero to a gunsmith and could never get the xmark pro down far enough reliably. Ended up with a Timney set to 3lbs and it has worked out very well up to now.

I had a 700VSSF with an old style Remington trigger in it. I've had it at a couple of gunsmiths for "tuning" and never quite got it right. The fine line between the feel I wanted and unsafe was just a little too close.
