remington sendero l/a stock

I came across on of these stocks the other day and was thinking about buying it but my question is since its a long action stock should it be about the same price as the short action stocks, and what would be a good price? My thinking is that if I decided to get rid of it, it may be harder because all I ever see on here is mostly short actions
