Remove Origin base screws when installing barrel?

How many of you have not removed your 20MOA rail when installing a shouldered barrel? My concern is with the base screws protruding into the tenon threads of the barrel? Does Zermatt provide base screws short enough that you are able to install the barrel without removing the rail?

The front rail screws should never protrude into the threaded portion of the tenon. If they are, let us know.

All actions ship with (2) 3/8" and (2) 1/4" screws. One of the 3/8" screws should be installed in the second (from the back: 1, 2, 3, 4) rail hole and there should be (1) 3/8" and (2) 1/4" screws in the bag with trigger pins stapled to the inspection card. The two short (1/4") screws go in the front two holes and should never protrude into the tenon.
