Tell him it's his to contact Swarovski about it. If you want to be nice offer to refund the price he paid after you have it back in hand. Not the return shipping. I just tell him if he can't notice it with the flip up on it the it's probably sun glare from how he's holding it. That a sunshade would solve that.
