removing bedding?

I have a couple of PSS stock projects I am going to get going this winter. One will need to have bedding removed. I think it is marine tex. Any one have any ideas on how you would remove it from an H&S stock??

a rotary rasp in a drill will hog it out

Mill it out if you dont have a mill just use a dremel to remove it.
