Does anyone know if it is possible that after you have Hydrographed a rifle and it gets all messed up over time. If it is possible to remove the Hydrographics to reapply the Hydrograpic image or another finish?

Re: Removing Hydrographics

Found this on another site...sounds like it would work.

"Just scuff with a scoth-brite pad and repaint using etching primer, then flat coat base color and re-dip with graphics."

Make sure that whoever does it, that they use an automotive grade clear finish over the film. The catalyzed two part automotive clears are much tougher than any clear from a spray can.
