"A report by Houston’s FOX26 claims over 150 people have been killed by suspects whom Democrat judges have released on bond in Harris County, Texas.

Moreover, FOX26 points out that a number of the suspects doing the killing were charged with “capital murder,” described as “the most egregious offense in the criminal code.”

They note “no fewer than 113 defendants charged with capital murder have been inexplicably granted bond and released back onto our streets pending trial.”

Want lynchings to come back again? This is how you get lynchings to come back again...

A crew of 4 men in one Dodge Sprinter van can clean up a lot of dirty streets in one night, just saying... And no, the back of the van does not contain actual brooms, dustpans, or pooper scoopers either...

almost hard to believe. all this anti-gun, gun control crap that f's with the vast majority of law-abiding citizens, yet when actual criminals commit actual violent crime, it's catch and release.

Jail and Prisons are over crowded. The majority of people in the system are on bond, probation or parole. They literally don’t have the ability to lock all all these people up, plus its cheaper to let them out. Especially if nobody will bail them out, they have more prospects coming in.

I have a family member who has been arrested/jailed nearly 40 times and has over 100 separate charges. When arrested he sits in jail, after a while, if nobody bails him out (which no one will any more)they lower his bond or just release him before his court date. He doesn’t go to court and hides until they find him. Once they realize that he is not paying any money into probation or court fines and honesty doesn’t care, they get him on time severed and drop it. Its not worth their time, there are easier fish to fry, ones who feed money into the system not drain money out of it.

One of the big problems with the US criminal justice system is it creates and relies on revenue. And that drives decisions. Locking people up is not financially viable. Once people realize this... it has no power. If everyone acted like my half brother, they system would be completely fucked. They need criminals working and earning to pay their salaries
