Reptilia ROF SAR like attachment but with a picatinny rail instead of a base ?

Reptilia makes an upper attachment for a scope mount that has a base to mount 1X type of optics

.
They also have a version that attaches to the tube and can be positioned straight up, at 45 degrees or whatever angle you desire

.
Is there a product out there just like those ^^^ that has a picatinny rail instead of a base ?
I have a QD base on my T2 already and I prefer keep it that way.

google was not my friend today.
So I’ll get the ROF-SAR and the Geissele part

.
I’ll still have the Reptilia T2 base if I want and I can get a lower mount than 1.5 ( Geissele & Reptilia don’t go lower than 1.5 ) for the Viper PST 3-15X44 that sits atop the AR.
