Do you guys resize new lapua brass for the first load?

Yes...If for no other reason than to verify necks are round.

I just run into die enough so expander ball straightens out the neck to get round, I don't full length resize.

What he said, just pop the expander through the neck and back out. Quick and easy....and probably more than you really need to do.
